This case has now raised doubts among citizens about milk from other dairies. Also, citizens are demanding that milk from other dairies in Govandi be tested.
There is a suspicion that the dairy operator is adulterating milk to increase the quantity of milk and make it last longer. A few days ago, a resident had bought milk from Vinayak Dairy in Govandi. After heating the milk, tamarind was added to it. However, there was no difference in the milk. Then lemon juice was mixed in the milk.

Even after waiting for almost four hours, the milk did not break. This increased the suspicion that synthetic and chemical substances were used in the या milk. On Sunday night, a large crowd of residents had gathered in front of the dairy concerned. After that, police officers from Shivaii Nagar police station rushed to the spot. The police sealed the vehicle containing the milk and sent the milk samples for testing. Also, action will be taken against the concerned after receiving the milk test report.
There are suspicions that adulterated milk is being sold in other dairies in Govandi as well. Social activist Faiyaz Sheikh has demanded that the source of milk supply to this dairy be identified and strict action be taken against them.
