Milma has rolled out five new premium dairy products ahead of National Milk Day on November 26. The lineup includes
- Samridhi Ghee (500 ml – ₹480, 1,000 ml – ₹900) in premium matka-style glass bottles
- Milma Plus Flavoured Milk (Can) – Vanilla, Badam, Chocolate & Rose (₹38 per can), with a 9-month shelf life
- Milma Ghee Halwa (450 gm – ₹260), blending Kozhikode halwa with Milma ghee
- Milma Kanthari Buttermilk (700 ml – ₹50), crafted for health-focused consumers
- Milma Banana Burfi (100 gm – ₹70, 250 gm – ₹160), made with banana, jaggery, and Milma ghee
Milma chairperson K.S. Mani said the new launches are part of a larger strategy to refresh Milma’s brand and compete with global players through world-class packaging and consistent product standards across all regional unions.
Milma also reported a 14% rise in milk procurement between April and September this year, despite concerns about declining cattle numbers. Milma’s products are now available in major Indian cities and are gaining demand in West Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Kerala’s Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Minister J. Chinchurani will inaugurate the State-level National Milk Day celebrations in Kollam on November 26, with Finance Minister K.N. Balagopal presiding.
