As part of the International Year of Cooperatives 2025 initiatives, the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and LINAC–National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) jointly conducted a Business Management and Strategic Planning Training Programme from 26–28 November 2025 at LINAC, Gurugram.
The three-day programme aimed at boosting managerial skills, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency in cooperative dairy institutions.
A total of 20 officers from four major Bihar milk unions—Kosi, Nalanda, Tirhut, and Vikramshilla—took part.

Training sessions covered:
- modern management practices
- supply-chain and logistics planning
- cooperative governance
- long-term strategic planning tools
The objective was to strengthen the unions’ ability to improve member services, enhance efficiency, and expand market reach.
