Wybrand Vander Dussen, winner of the 2025 Milk Business Young Producer Award, represents the fourth generation of a dairy family whose journey began in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and later moved from California to Colorado for better opportunities.
After his father passed away, Wybrand completed his animal science degree at Kansas State University and returned home to lead Prado Dairy at a remarkably young age. Despite early challenges, he showed strong maturity, work ethic, and the ability to make smart decisions for the farm’s future.
