Mother Dairy Retains No. 2 Rank Among India’s Top Food Brands in Brand Finance India 100 – 2026 Report

New Delhi: Mother Dairy has been ranked the second most valuable food brand in India in the Brand Finance India 100 – 2026 report, further strengthening its position among the country’s leading consumer brands.

The company reported a 22% year-on-year increase in brand valuation, reflecting sustained consumer trust and strong brand performance across its product portfolio. Mother Dairy has also climbed three positions to secure the 32nd rank among India’s Top 100 most valuable brands in the latest edition of the annual report.

The recognition highlights the company’s continued growth in India’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and dairy sectors, supported by its expanding national footprint and diversified offerings across milk, value-added dairy products, fruits and vegetables, edible oils, and frozen foods.

Mother Dairy attributed the achievement to the confidence placed in the brand by consumers and the collective efforts of its dairy farmers, employees, channel partners, and other stakeholders. The company reiterated its commitment to creating value across the dairy value chain by strengthening farmer livelihoods while delivering safe and high-quality products to millions of households.

The India 100 – 2026 report is published annually by Brand Finance, the world’s leading independent brand valuation and strategy consultancy. The report evaluates brands across sectors based on their financial performance, brand strength, and contribution to business value, ranking India’s most valuable and strongest brands.

The latest ranking comes at a time when Mother Dairy is pursuing an ambitious expansion strategy, with significant investments in manufacturing infrastructure, value-added dairy products, and national market expansion, further reinforcing its position as one of India’s leading food and dairy brands.
