Eligibility
- Production Manager: B.Tech in Dairy Technology with 12–15 years of experience, including 7+ years in ice cream manufacturing and 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Production Executive: B.Tech in Dairy Technology/Food Technology with 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in an ice cream plant.
- QA Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, or Food Technology with 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in the ice cream industry.
- Technical Operators, Maintenance & Utilities: Relevant ITI/Diploma qualifications with 5+ years of experience in ice cream manufacturing.
- Dispatch Executive: Graduate (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred) with experience in cold chain dispatch operations.
Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of production efficiency, food safety, quality assurance, preventive maintenance, utility operations, and cold chain logistics while ensuring compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000 requirements.
