During the 57th AGM, Chaudhary announced that the dairy will set up a new milk powder plant at Sanadar with a capacity of 150 metric tonnes. “This will be India’s largest milk powder plant,” he said, while addressing a gathering at Badarpura in Banaskantha.
He added that the largest centre for breeding of cows in the country under the Banas Bovine Breeding and Research Centre (BBBRC), a centre of excellence for bovine breeding and research, will be set up at Bhiladi.
He said that earlier the dairy had a loan liability of Rs 2,000 crore which has now shrunk to Rs 610 crore as Rs 1,389 crore has already been paid. procurement price and the annual bonus is directly credited to their bank accounts.
