Ghani Dairies Limited (PSX: GDL) has successfully completed the construction of three state-of-the-art steel-structure sheds as part of its dairy farm expansion strategy, further strengthening its milk production infrastructure and animal welfare initiatives.
The newly developed facilities have been designed in accordance with international standards and are equipped with modern dairy farm infrastructure and advanced housing systems for milking cows.
Two of the steel-structure sheds, with a combined covered area of approximately 105,000 square feet, have a standard housing capacity of 800 milking cows. Additionally, the company has completed a third shed covering approximately 25,200 square feet, capable of accommodating 200 milking cows.

With the completion of these facilities, Ghani Dairies has added housing capacity for a total of 1,000 milking cows, significantly enhancing its dairy farm operations.
The expansion forms part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve herd health and welfare, increase milk production capacity, and enhance overall operational efficiency. The modern housing facilities are expected to provide a more comfortable and productive environment for the animals, supporting higher milk yields and sustainable farm management practices.
According to a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the investment underscores Ghani Dairies’ commitment to adopting international best practices and modernizing its dairy farming infrastructure to meet growing operational requirements.
